Kootenay Lake Village is offering fully serviced, bare land strata building lots. Lot owners will receive design and building guidelines in which to follow when building their dream homes and cottages. These guidelines are designed to: protect the owner's investment, promote privacy, and ensure that construction is sympathetic to the landscape and blends into the natural environment. Home sites will be fully serviced by underground lines to protect the viewscapes. The first phase of waterfront home sites, the Founders Phase, was released in the summer of 2006. A limited number of upland water view lots will be marketed in 2007 for release in 2008.
