In order to stimulate specific community and business objectives the developer creates positive stimuli to maintain and build momentum and community support. These promotions change on a regular basis. In 2011 the community focus will remain on promoting home building and one of the following promotions may apply:
- Building Commitment: A 10% discount on the lot price for the first buyer who agrees to a two year building commitment from the date of purchase.
- Project Management: Up to $5,000 of project management support for the next two community homes commencing construction in 2011.
- Landscaping Support: 25% off landscaping materials for any owner completing approved landscaping works in 2011.
- HST: In response to the BC government cash grab, the Developer will pay the HST for the first lot sold in 2011 and the remaining PST equivalent (7%) on all other sales until the scheduled referendum in September.
